Caroline M. Wilson

Caroline M. Wilson, 94, of Shelbyville, died at 5:13 a.m. Monday, June 30, 2008 at her residence.
Funeral services will be 1:00 p.m. Thursday, July 3rd, at Howe and Yockey Funeral Home in Shelbyville, Rev. Lee Lovett, officiating. Visitation will be from 11 am to 1 p.m. Thursday. Burial will be at Oak Hill Cemetery in Taylorville. Memorials may be given to First United Methodist Church of Shelbyville.
Mrs. Wilson was born on June 16, 1914 in Taylorville, Illinois. She was the daughter of William and Roxanna (Ladd) Kramer. She graduated from Taylorville High School in 1933. She was the longtime employee of Sebrights Shoes and Wuttkes Shoes of Shelbyville. She was a member of the First United Methodist Church of Shelbyville where for many years she was Superintendent of Sunday Schools and taught the first grade class.
Surviving are her son William P. (Perk) Wilson and wife Kay; five grandchildren and ten great grandchildren: granddaughter Laura A. (Eric) Bell of Covington, IN and their children Andy, Kirsten, Ethan, and Amelia; grandson Paul E. (Heather) Wilson of Cedar Rapids, IA and their children Loralei and Gabriel; grandson Carl E. Wilson of Williamsburg, IA and his children Dylan and Aaliyah; granddaughter Sandra H. Schwenker of Olney, IL and her daughter Danielle of Shelbyville; and grandson Douglas R. (Katie) Wilson of Midlothian, VA and their son Nathaniel; and many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents; brothers Raymond, Rolland, Eugene, and baby brother Harry; sister Helen Budds: and one grandchild, Brandon Michael Schwenker.
