Deborah K. Pease
(December 6, 1956 - January 31, 2012)
Deborah Kay Pease, 55, of Shelbyville, went home to be with the Lord at 6:18 a.m. Tuesday, January 31, 2012 in Shelbyville Manor.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Monday, February 6, 2012 in Howe and Yockey Funeral Home, Shelbyville with Rev. Ron Tucker officiating. Visitation from 4:00 – 7:00 p.m. Sunday. Burial will be in Mt. Carmel Cemetery, near Shelbyville, IL. Memorials may be given to Reservoir Manor, Shelbyville Manor or Shelby County Community Services.
Debbie was born on December 6, 1956 in Shelbyville, Illinois, the daughter of Lloyd and Edith Vivian Huber Pease. She worked at Shelby County Community Services for many years. Debbie enjoyed participating in the Special Olympics, Shelby Bells and Chorus. She was a member of the former Shelbyville Free Methodist Church, where she attended faithfully.
She is survived by her brothers, David Pease and wife Pat of Janesville, WI, Doyle Pease of Leesburg, FL and Dwight Pease and wife Kay of Cooks Mills, IL; sister, Doris Sifford and husband Jim of Decatur, IL; brother-in-law, Charles Minks of Owaneco, IL; sister-in-law, Judy Pease Voss of Beecher City, IL; several nieces and nephews; and several great nieces and nephews.
Debbie was preceded in death by her parents; brothers, Dean and Dwayne Pease; sister, Donna Minks; and sister-in-law, Carol Pease.
