Wanda L Harding

Wanda Lee Harding, 66, of Shelbyville, IL, passed away at 1:25 p.m. on Wednesday, September 9, 2026, in her residence.

A public celebration of Wanda’s life is being held on Saturday, September 26, 2026, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Shelbyville VFW Post #4829. Wanda was born on June 20, 1960, in Mattoon, IL, the daughter of Donald Edward and Hazel Ilene (Clutter) Binnion. She attended Shelbyville High School with the Class of 1978. Wanda worked in home health care for many years. She loved being outside and enjoyed fishing, turkey hunting, and mushroom hunting. She was an avid fan of the Chicago Bears and Chicago Cubs. To know Wanda was to be loved by Wanda.

She is survived by her son, Michael Allen Harding of Shelbyville, IL; grandson, Cody Harding of Pennsylvania; former husband, Randy Harding of Missouri; sisters, Sherry Prather, Merle Dunne (Patrick) and Rose Garza (Jamie) all of Shelbyville, IL, Anna Connelly (Ralph) of Mattoon, IL, Anita Marcum (Keith) of Milford, IL, and Cassandra “Cass” Bloxom of Strasburg, IL; and several nieces & nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, Donald and Ilene Binnion; son, Daniel Edward Harding; and grandson, Daniel Jacob Harding.
